Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform, we are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions.**The Impact You'll Have:*** You will own supplier relationships and drive strategic impact through Supplier Strategy Development, benchmarking capabilities against relevant competitors, markets and meaningful should-cost analytics.* You will create Supplier performance scorecards based on Vendor Rating and cross-functional stakeholder feedback and calibration, identifying future business opportunities based on Supplier innovation.* You will define Supplier Strategy in full alignment with Business strategies, covering spend, targets, negotiations, RFX projects and spend pooling, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and involvement throughout execution.* You will relentlessly drive impact to the bottom and top line through Supplier Performance Development, utilizing negotiation techniques and actively promoting Supplier Development programs.* You will implement defined negotiation roadmaps, target setting and business reviews, orchestrating Supplier related activities and communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure one consistent Supplier approach.* You will encourage Suppliers to provide innovation,
facilitating and driving early involvement and related decision making.* You will ensure operational impact through compliance, contract and risk management, identifying and updating Supplier segmentation for critical parameters such as Risk, sole source, spend and data security on a yearly basis.* You will ensure full compliance regarding sustainability and regulatory requirements, managing Supplier contracting according to defined standards and procedures.* You will conduct Supplier risk assessments and define, track and manage corresponding mitigation and contingency plans in alignment with the Business.**What You'll Bring To The Team:*** Proven experience in a Strategic Buyer or similar Procurement role.* Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with Game Theory applied to sourcing.* Expertise in Supplier Strategy Development and Contract Management.* Knowledge of Supplier Sustainability and Risk Management frameworks.* Lean methodology and Project Management skills.* Proficiency in IT tools and analytical methods supporting procurement decisions.* Ability to inspire others across diverse cultures and backgrounds through compelling arguments, openness and team spirit.* Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).**Based in**: Verona**What You Can Expect From Our Selection Process**: Interview with Talent Acquisition, the Procurement Global Commodity Manager and the Procurement Director.We are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.We are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
