Questa posizione è in Gruppo AXA Italia Riassunto dell'possibilità da parte della Joinrs AI : Gruppo AXA Italia cerca un Energy monitor financial exposure and premium income to ensure it remains within set limits Maintain awareness of all claims advised while supporting and providing input on settlement of claims Seek, identify and develop opportunities for profitable business with new and existing customers Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure business needs are achieved and enhance market visibility with brokers, clients, risk managers and account managers Collaborate closely with Distribution Team by providing an effective and efficient service You will report to Property, Energy experience in Property Underwriting is a plus Ability to tailor risk solutions and analyze complex risks Strategic view and proactive market engagement considering local and international trends Fluency in Spanish and English Leadership and people management skills; ability to inspire and engage team members Excellent commercial, communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders Financial acumen including monitoring premiums, loss ratios, and portfolio performance Capability to support business planning,
