Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppWithin the RD team, we are looking for an Electronic Engineer – Firmware IoT, reporting to the Development Manager. /ppThe person will be responsible for the development and technical definition of product electrical and electronic solutions, with a particular focus on firmware integration and IoT functionalities. They will coordinate development activities and ensure alignment between specifications received from the Parent Company, the electronic architecture, and LELIT product requirements. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe person we are looking for will support the Development Manager in the following activities: /strong /pullidesign electronic schematics, both analog and digital,



and define the product electrical architecture; br / /lilidesign electrical diagrams and wiring, ensuring integration with electromechanical components and mechanical layout; br / /lilicreate firmwarespecifications for new products or, where applicable, receive and analyze firmware specifications from the Parent Company, clarifying technical and functional aspects; br / /lilitranslate internally created or received specifications into structured technical requirements for external suppliers; br / /lilitechnically guide PCBA suppliers and partners during the development phases; br / /lilireview hardwareand firmware solutions developed by third parties, verifying their consistency with specifications and system architecture; br / /liliwhen necessary,directly contribute to hardware and firmware development in C/C++, both for new product development and for prototyping, testing, or modification activities; br / /lilisupport the integration of connectivity modules, such as Wi-Fi, BLE, or equivalent technologies, and IoT functionalities; br / /lilidraft and maintain project technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, revisions,



and firmware releases; br / /liliindependently design functional prototypes and internal test benches for laboratory activities; br / /lilisupport Operations during industrialization and production introduction phases. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYou are the right fit if you have: /strong /pullia diploma or degree in Electronics or related fields; br / /lili3-6 years of experience in electronic design, with exposure to embedded firmware and IoT development; br / /liliexperience in designing electronic schematics and product wiring; br / /liligood knowledge of embedded firmware development in C/C++ on microcontrollers; br / /liliunderstanding of firmware architectures and application control logic; br / /lilibasic knowledgeof IoT integration principles, including Wi-Fi/BLE modules and app/cloud communication; br / /liliknowledge of the main electronic CAD tools; br / /liliexcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C1) /liligood knowledge of English (B2), required to interact with the Parent Company and international partners. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhy join us?
