Job description For our production plant in Ascoli Piceno, we are now looking for talented students / new graduates to join our Process Engineers' team.
As a key player in the team, the intern will be provided with a real-world experience, and he / she will have the opportunity to build expertise and be exposed to several competences.
Job Purpose Support the competence area/line in promoting a continuous improvement mindset to enhance production efficiency, quality, safety, and environmental performance.
Work closely with line personnel and related functions to support improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Continuous Improvement Support: Help identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing reports and field data.
Assist in managing small improvement projects and provide inputs to planners and shift leaders for special production requests.
Contribute to efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives by supporting problem analysis and process adjustments.
