Within the Automation business area we are looking for a Site Manager for our office in Catania at the Fontanarossa Airport construction site.
The person will be responsible for the following activities: Daily communication and reporting to the end customer's manager.
Daily communication and reporting to the Leonardo service manager.
Coordination of the entire technical team responsible for the plant, interfacing both internally with Leonardo resources and with external suppliers.
Supervision of the maintenance group's activities and management of the work program, verification of adequate skills of the personnel employed, reporting any problems or other needs to Leonardo's headquarters.




Verification of the team's efficiency level and the good condition and functioning of all tools and equipment present in the warehouse and workshop, reporting any alarms to Leonardo in order to take rapid resolution action.
Participation in technical tables for KPI and SLA discussion with the Customer Coordination with central Leonardo offices (maintenance engineering, remote support, purchasing office etc..) Management of the spare parts warehouse (unloading/loading materials and related issue of purchase requests) Will have responsibility for safety on site Educational qualification: Diploma with technical specialization or higher qualification A degree in engineering will be a preferential qualification Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master) Senior: 5 to 10 years of experience Technical/IT skills: Experience as a construction site manager.
Knowledge of electronics/electrotechnics, mechanics and industrial technologies Excellent knowledge of the Office Package and, possibly, user knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards: must be aware of safety regulations relating to the work environment and the use of equipment and machinery.
Electromechanical Technical knowledge, knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems (for remote monitoring) and maintenance management software (CMMS) Behavioral skills: Problem Solving Relational and communication skills Ability to work in a team Language skills: English - B1 level (preferable but not mandatory) Other: Availability to work shifts h************** (Mon-Fri) with the possibility of occasional requests for shift coverage even on further shifts (H******)

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
