Menarini's Global Compliance Department pursues its mission through designing Compliance Programs and facilitating their implementation and oversight, through education, advice and monitoring, thereby enabling a risk-informed decision making and supporting employees to make the right decisions, also from a data privacy perspective.
Main Activities Postgraduate studies or certifications in Ethics Compliance are a plus; Work experience in Compliance with Business Ethics.
Skills and Knowledge : Pharmaceutical sector knowledge is a plus Self-starter, hands-on,
effective communicator Very well organized, objective oriented, time and priority management Proactive, flexible and easy to adapt to changing priorities Team player Presentation skills and familiarity with the most common Office IT applications High integrity and confidentiality Languages : Fluent written and spoken English and Italian are mandatory The selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur ******,00 and Eur ******,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. *******.
