Il candidato gestirà iniziative AI end-to-end, contribuendo a trasformare possibilità AI in soluzioni concrete per la banca.

The AI Factory is the central team leading the bank's AI transformation.
The team operates in a cross-functional way across all business units to:



Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases Design, build and deliver scalable AI solutions Drive AI adoption, governance and strategy The team manages the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from identifying business opportunities to the development, release and measurement of impact.
Its goal is to build and orchestrate AI products, AI agents and smart automation that enhance productivity, efficiency and quality of work, both for the bank and for its network of financial advisors.
Through collaboration with the top management and all the business units the team ensures that internal data, knowledge and AI are leveraged to enhance customer experiences, optimize internal processes, and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving financial landscape.
At the same time, the team continuously run innovation scouting activities, exploring new AI technologies, capabilities, frameworks and use cases relevant to the banking
