What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Coach, you'll help individuals navigate career transitions and achieve their professional goals through personalized, results-focused coaching.
A key focus of this role is supporting professionals targeting opportunities within the Maltese employment market . Drawing on your knowledge of local hiring practices, labour market trends, and employer expectations, you'll provide practical career guidance tailored to each individual's needs.
You'll coach clients through career planning, CV and LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, networking strategies, and job search activities. Using coaching conversations, assessments, and powerful questioning techniques, you'll help individuals build self-awareness, confidence, and clear action plans for their next career move.
Coaching will be delivered virtually through video calls, phone, email, and other digital channels, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience for every client.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching ,
including providing assessment feedback and supporting individuals through career transitions.
- Demonstrated experience working with the Maltese employment market , including knowledge of local hiring practices, employers, and job search strategies.
- Proven ability to coach professionals at various career stages, from individual contributors to senior leaders, supporting them with career planning, CV/resume development, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and personal branding.
- Strong coaching skills with a results-oriented approach and a passion for helping individuals successfully navigate career change.
- Fluent English, with the ability to confidently deliver coaching sessions and written feedback in English.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environments, supporting a diverse client base.
- Experience using psychometric assessments to inform coaching conversations and development plans. Korn Ferry assessment experience or certification would be an advantage.
- Coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
- Empathetic, client-focused, naturally curious, and committed to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with clients and colleagues across multiple locations and time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM or similar client management systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
