La risorsa supporterà la gestione societaria di aziende italiane ed estere del Gruppo, gestendo adempimenti, progetti legali e attività legate a filiali estere.
L'opportunità prevede contratto permanente, modalità di lavoro ibrida e la possibilità di viaggiare.

Within the Legal, Criminal Law preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings; management activities of the necessary fulfilments (i.e.,



preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/modification of related statutes and/or regulations, preparation of nomination letters for LDO representatives in the relevant bodies); necessary regulatory insights due to the different applicable local laws; support for cross-functional projects with legal impact, also in the M with reference to foreign branches and representative offices, support in the activities of registration, deregistration, conferment and updating of licenses and powers of attorney to Managers, as well as the keeping of relevant documentation.
Educational Qualification Law Degree.

Seniority Senior: at least 5 years of experience Technical knowledge and skills at least 5 years of experience in corporate law Behavioral skills Analytical skills; Accuracy; Autonomy; Results orientation; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Collaborative and flexible approach.
Language skills Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher); experience in international environments is a plus.
