We are seeking a
Chief of Staff
to act as a strategic partner to the leadership team.
What you'll be doing
Own the company's rhythm of business
Track OKR progress across the team and surface risks to LT
Run the company-level planning calendar: QBRs, board meetings, all-hands
Maintain internal documentation and knowledge management systems
Manage Finance & GA
Own budget tracking, monthly reporting and variance analysis
Manage statutory compliance, legal filings and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with external accountants and legal counsel
Support grant applications and public funding processes
Support Investor Relations
Prepare investor updates and board packs
Coordinate technical material drafting and presentations
People and Culture
Support hiring processes end-to-end : job briefs, candidate pipeline, interview coordination, offers
Manage onboarding, employment contracts, and employee relations
Coordinate performance review cycles and compensation benchmarking
Requirements
Ex-management consultant or operator role at a Series A–C startup
Strong in structure, process and written communication
Financially literate: comfortable reading a P&L; and managing a budget
Proactive and self-directed
Above all:
