As Legal Counsel in Milan, you lead the Italian legal function, providing business-focused legal support across the organization. You will manage contracting, disputes, claims and insurance, and support compliance, governance and health & safety efforts. You will work with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory obligations in logistics, licensing and certifications, and coordinate with external counsel. This role offers the chance to shape risk management and regulatory compliance in a fast-growing, digitally transforming logistics company. Retribuzione / Benefits Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in Italian and English across transport, logistics, outsourcing, real estate, insurance and intra-group services Manage liability allocation, indemnities, penalties, service levels and insurance coverage in contracts Coordinate litigation and pre-litigation activities, including settlements, debt recovery and insolvency matters Oversee claims and insurance processes, including assessment, recovery and settlement with internal and external stakeholders Support health & safety management and audits under Italian Decree *******, including documentation flows and compliance checks Assist with regulatory compliance checks across civil, criminal, administrative, privacy,
ADR and food safety/HACCP matters Support corporate governance and secretarial activities including minutes, statutory books and filings Coordinate corporate formalities with notaries, Italian Companies' Register and Chamber of Commerce Maintain and monitor transport licences and security certifications (e.g., REN, EU licence, TAPA) Assist Supervisory Body activities under Legislative Decree ******** and Whistleblowing Committee with case management and reporting Review and maintain contractual obligations related to health & safety in customer and supplier contracts Responsabilità Experience in transport/logistics sector and related contractual frameworks Knowledge of transport law, liability regimes (e.g., CMR) and insurance matters Experience in claims handling and coordination with insurers/brokers xrdztoy Litigation management and external counsel coordination Understanding of Legislative Decree ******** and ******* frameworks Exposure to ADR, HACCP, privacy Basic knowledge of corporate governance and secretarial activities Experience with transport licences and certifications (e.g., REN, EU licence, TAPA) Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills in Italian and English Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations Requisiti fondamentali sennCare wellbeing program equity and performance bonuses career development opportunities dynamic, international team office culture and collaboration travel opportunities within Europe #J-*****-Ljbffr
