In this role you support Beiersdorf's customer-focused supply chain by boosting service levels, efficiency, and collaboration with key customers. You will analyze order data and KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements, acting as a trusted partner to customer supply chain teams. You'll translate customer needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions and work cross-functionally to align Sales, Planning, and Logistics. This position offers the chance to influence service performance in a fast-moving FMCG environment and contribute to continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Understand and optimize customer service and supply chain processes to raise efficiency and satisfaction Analyze orders, product availability, service performance, and flows to flag issues and implement corrective actions Foster relationships with customer supply chain teams and act as a trusted business partner Monitor KPIs (Service Level, On Time Delivery, distribution costs, customer KPIs)
