Our client is a Global CRO currently supporting various Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies globally. They offer a full service solution encompassing clinical & non-clinical development, peri-approval & market access. They are currently seeking a Global Clinical Contract Manager office based in Milan.
Job Overview
Management of the site contract timelines for the allocated studies.
Play a key role in managing timelines.
Liaise with the internal teams regarding progress of the negotiation progress.
On-going proactive involvement with project management in review of project status.
Including review of contractual status to ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones and identification of changes in scope in contracts.
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Law or Equivalent
5 years of experience as Contract Specialist
Min 2 years experience as Site Contract Manager in a CRO or Pharma
Experience in commercial studies
Fluent English & Italian
Excellent communication skills
