Hitachi Energy is seeking a Deputy Site Manager to support planning, coordination and execution of on-site activities across HV/MV construction projects. You will gain hands-on experience in site leadership, stakeholder management, HSE compliance, schedule control and subcontractor coordination, with opportunities to act as Site Manager when needed.
This role requires 2–3 years in construction or related engineering, Italian/English fluency, and readiness to travel to domestic and international
