THE ROLE
We're looking for an Senior SEM Manager to own and scale our Paid Search growth strategy across Italy and Spain. You will drive acquisition growth through Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a strong focus on high-quality sessions, efficient CAC, and sustainable LTV:CAC. You'll operate with an AI-first mindset, leveraging automation and experimentation to accelerate performance while protecting quality and brand integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own Paid Search growth strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, covering Search, AI Max, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Drive scalable performance with an AI-first approach, leveraging automation for keyword insights, ad iteration, creative testing, reporting, and decision-making.
Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing, landing page testing,
geo testing, and incrementality measurement.
Ensure measurement excellence through clean tracking and attribution, partnering with Data and Analytics to improve performance visibility and funnel insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align campaign strategy with user experience, messaging, and business priorities.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
6+ years of experience in Paid Search / SEM / Performance Marketing in high-growth environments.
Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) with experience managing large budgets.
Strong analytical mindset and solid measurement foundation, including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking best practices.
Experience optimizing beyond CPL, using metrics such as lead quality, cohorted CVR, CAC, and LTV:CAC.
Structured experimentation approach: A/B testing, geo tests, landing page testing, incrementality thinking.
AI-first working style, actively leveraging automation to improve speed and performance.
High ownership, execution speed, and comfort working in ambiguity.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
POWER-UPS
Experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads campaigns.
Spanish language skills (working knowledge or higher).
Familiarity with incrementality measurement tools and multi-touch attribution platforms.
