pHealth Safety Advisor – Data Centre Projects /ppMilan, Italy (across two live project sites) /ppUp to €63,000 + Package /ppFull-Time, Permanent /ppbr / /ppOur client, a leading fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-specification projects across Europe, is seeking an experiencedstrong Health Safety Adviso /strongr to support the successful delivery of two major data centre projects in Milan . /ppbr / /ppWorking for a specialist subcontractor, you will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental standards across both sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and local regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation operating within the rapidly expanding mission-critical and data centre sector. /ppbr / /ppThe Role /ppAs Health Safety Advisor, you will work closely with project teams, site management, and client representatives to maintain the highest health and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycle. /ppbr / /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliCarry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across both project locations. /liliMonitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant legislation. /liliReview and monitor Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). /liliConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. /liliSupport project teams in implementing safe systems of work. /liliInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions. /liliMaintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. /liliTrack and close out safety observations and audit findings.



/liliLiaise with client representatives, contractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matters. /liliPromote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across both projects. /liliAssist with permit-to-work systems and high-risk construction activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppCandidate Requirements /pulliPrevious experience in a Health Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor, or similar role within the construction industry. /liliStrong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practice. /liliExperience working on large-scale construction projects. /liliRelevant Health Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities. /liliStrong auditing, reporting, and incident investigation experience. /li /ulpbr / /ppDesirable Experience /pulliPrevious data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial project experience. /liliExperience working for a subcontractor or specialist contractor. /liliIOSH Membership or equivalent. /liliKnowledge of permit-to-work systems and temporary works safety requirements. /liliItalian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential. /li /ulpbr / /ppWhat's on Offer? /pulliSalary up to €63,000 plus package /liliOpportunity to work on high-profile data centre developments in Milan. /liliJoin a market-leading fit-out contractor with a strong European project pipeline. /liliCareer development and progression opportunities within a growing business. /liliDynamic and collaborative project environment. /li /ul
