Experteer Overview As a Project Manager at Exyte you lead high?tech data center construction projects from planning to handover, owning budgets, schedules, and quality targets. You ensure EHS compliance and coordinate a broad network of partners and contractors. You act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering clear performance reports and guiding cross?functional teams to stay on track. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping complex facilities and driving on?time, safe delivery.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects
Own budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
Coordinate external planning partners, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare and present monthly performance reports across project dimensions




Serve as primary contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Conduct regular project reviews to track progress and proactively resolve issues
Inspire and guide cross?functional teams to meet goals and deadlines
Responsabilità Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Multiple years of experience in project management delivering complex industrial construction projects
Strong technical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA components
Fluent in English and Italian
Demonstrated success in leading projects to completion
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
