Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction

Location: Milan, Italy

Overview

We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules
- Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates
- Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams
- Produce look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis and progress reports




- Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required
- Attend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders
- Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments
- Assist with commissioning planning and project handover

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior Planner on pharmaceutical construction projects is essential
- Advanced Primavera P6 experience
- Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (Italian is advantageous)
