Experteer Overview In this role you will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work within Promat to support design, testing, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering. You'll troubleshoot technical inquiries, prepare documentation, and drive continuous improvement across projects. This position offers international scope across Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium and a focus on practical, solution-oriented engineering. You will help shape safer, more efficient industrial solutions while growing your technical leadership in a supportive, development?oriented culture.

Support projects from design through to after-sales
Prepare and review technical documentation

Responsabilità Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
