In this Specialist role in Milan, you drive store performance by leading a multidisciplinary team and optimizing customer journeys. You'll monitor KPIs, oversee omnichannel services, and ensure high standards across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection. You'll develop talent, align daily activities with goals, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results. Track qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket) and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & Collect, App download)
Monitor team performance and define corrective actions
Lead the department team and develop members' skills
Maintain quality standards across department offerings (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)



and provide technical training
Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve goals
Brief the team on results and monthly objectives; guarantee best Customer Journey and respect for guidelines
Monitor and share daily results with Store Manager and team
Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial policies
Manage in-store services performance (internal, external) and organize the Booxi platform
Coordinate daily with Trade & Communication for store events and activities
Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store's commercial and HR strategy
Manage stockroom and optimize stock levels aligned with replenishment cycles
Engage in events, masterclasses, and Digiclass activities in-store
3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in dynamic, multinational retail
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
