The role is part of a high‑performing culture built around the Company’s "Own It" model – Zero Distance, Agility, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem, and Build Trust. /ph3What You Will Do /h3pThe Indirect Procurement buyer will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for the assigned indirect commodities. The role ensures compliance with Group standards and policies while delivering optimal value through strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost control activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the Indirect Procurement Category Manager in defining a strategic plan for managing the assigned commodities and achieving required results. /liliCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define business needs and ensure alignment with procurement procedures and instructions. /liliLead negotiations to secure the best quality‑cost ratio in indirect procurement. /liliIdentify and leverage cross‑regional synergies and inter‑company sourcing opportunities. /liliSupport the development and implementation of Master Service Agreements in collaboration with Haier Group procurement teams based in Italy. /liliManage the full vendor‑management process: scouting, offer evaluation, SLA, TC definition and contract drafting (in collaboration with the Legal department). /liliProcess orders in the company ERP system and maintain accurate procurement documentation. /liliConduct purchase cost analysis and prepare action plans to improve procurement performance. /li /ulh3What You Need To Succeed /h3h3Must Have /h3ulliUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. /lili2–4 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or similar roles,



preferably in a dynamic, international environment. /liliFluent in English and Italian; working proficiency in French and/or Spanish. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common IT tools; strong SAP experience preferred. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail. /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliExcellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. /liliProactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and professional development in procurement. /li /ulh3Other /h3pStrong interest in professional growth in procurement is essential. /ph3Employment Details /h3pEmployment type: Fixed‑Term Contract (Maternity Cover); Full‑Time. /ppNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati. /ppMinimum gross annual salary: €30,000. /ph3Benefits /h3ulliFree canteen. /liliSmart working. /li /ulpThe Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
