We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to join our team.Position Description:The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of EPC projects. This position requires an individual with keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.Key Responsibilities:Communication Management: Manage project-related emails and communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient distribution of information within the team.Documentation Compliance Verification: Verify the correctness and completeness of project documentation, ensuring it complies with industry regulations and guidelines.Information Distribution:



Distribute documents and information to team members and external partners accurately and promptly.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, providing support in day-to-day activities to ensure the overall success of the project.Office Software Utilization: Competently use Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create documents, reports, and presentations.Requirements:Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.Continuous training opportunities in the EPC sector.Experience with a leading company in the EPC industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
