Construction Manager | Semiconductor Industry | EPC Projects | Milan

About the job:

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Engineering Division and support international projects in the Semiconductor Industry .

This role offers the opportunity to manage complex industrial construction activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and international environment.

Location: Milan, Italy

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors during project execution.
- Monitor project schedule, quality, costs, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning teams.
- Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities.
- Prepare progress reports and monitor project KPIs.
- Optimize resources, equipment, and construction planning.




- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and international standards.

Requirements

- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Previous experience in EPC/EPCM environments.
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation activities.
- Knowledge of international standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO).
- Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes.
- Professional English.
- Availability to work on international industrial projects.

Nice to Have

- PMP Certification.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Energy or Oil & Gas industries.
