Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you select and size HVAC units to meet project requirements and provide technical support through design to installation. You will guide Sales Engineers and customers, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and propose innovative plant solutions. You’ll train the sales network, deliver technical presentations, and run webinars. You’ll ensure order technical compliance and keep CRM records up to date, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This position supports sustainability-driven HVAC projects for a global leader in the field.

- Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment




- Propose innovative technical solutions including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants
- Provide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products
- Prepare and deliver technical product presentations
- Conduct webinars and live seminars for customers
- Check the technical compliance of received orders
- Update CRM records accurately and regularly
- Cooperate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care) and external stakeholders (designers, end users, contractors)
- Degree in Engineering (thermodynamics or mechanical engineering preferred)
- Good knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning concepts
- Good sales- and customer-oriented mindset with team collaboration ability
- Strong communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
