The role focuses on optimizing O&M; contracts, defining KPI-driven performance, and driving standardisation across regions and technologies. You will partner with Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and O&M; teams to implement scalable processes, governance, and digital tools while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
