Amcor is seeking a Culture & Engagement Manager to drive our global Culture and Inclusion initiatives across 170 manufacturing sites and 8,700 employees. You will partner with senior leaders to embed our Purpose, Values and Behaviours, and to shape an Inclusion & Belonging strategy that strengthens engagement across regions.

You will lead end-to-end surveys, translate insights into action, and manage multiple strategic projects in a highly matrixed, international organization.
