Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a Field Technical Specialist, you drive the technical execution of projects on-site and ensure customer requirements, standards, and safety are met. You collaborate with customers, project teams and subcontractors to translate needs into practical actions. You lead installation, commissioning and testing activities, and provide hands‑on support to resolve technical issues fast. You work across locations, contributing to Schneider Electric’s sustainability and efficiency goals while advancing your career on varied projects.

- support tendering and proposal processes with technical assessments and site surveys
- develop and review technical solutions, specs and project docs for compliance
- supervise installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities on-site
- manage on-site activities with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- provide hands‑on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting
- monitor field project execution for schedule, quality, safety and performance
- act as primary technical interface with customers during site execution




- collaborate with Project Managers to align on‑site work with project objectives
- report project progress, risks and mitigation actions, and support project communications
- monitor site-related costs and support budget control
- travel frequently to support project implementations and customer operations
- Technical High School Diploma with relevant professional experience or Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering or related field
- proven experience in electrical systems, power distribution, or industrial installations
- experience managing on-site activities, commissioning, or field engineering projects
- strong technical understanding of electrical systems and industry standards
- ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in dynamic site environments
- excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- strong communication and customer‑facing abilities
- basic knowledge of Project Management principles
- fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- availability to travel frequently
- proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented mindset
