Job Description

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for Ammeraal Beltech Srl in North West Italy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and collaborating with other Regional Area Managers to achieve overall sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and shape the future of the business in the region.

Scope & Dimensions:

- Knowledge & Relevant Industrial Market Experience Managing Sales in the OEMs & EUs of Industrial Conveyor Belting products
- Study and analysis of market potential, competitive landscape, geographical spread & customers to penetrate.
- Lead Generation, collecting and Conversion to business opportunities and Sales.
- New & Existing Key Account Management,
- Customer complaint handling and resolution in coordination with the application engineering & MU.
- Self-driven with high level of customer centricity & building business relationships to deliver objectives.
- Team Management : drive a team of sales representatives in reaching sales target and apply all the company policies
- Cross functional team collaboration for NPD, Localization, Order Management, OTD Service Levels.
- Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and accounts receivable. CRM Sales force Management.
- Analyse, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance to market requirements.
- Market and Competitor updates regularly to benchmark and for improved profitability & price increases.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients in North West Italy.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and other Regional Area Managers to align sales efforts and share best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards in sales practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and sales activities.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of achieving deliverables on New Business Development, OEMs, End User Penetration and achieving deliverables on sales revenue, growth & business objectives.
- Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills
- Self-Driven, Forecasting, Analytical, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, & High Level of Integrity & Ownership.
- Experience in operating in a global work environment with diversity & inclusiveness and outside-in mindset.
- Advanced CRM user and early adopter of IT tools
