Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you drive the manufacturing engineering strategy to enable a factory of the future at Hiab. You own projects to install new production equipment, implement changes, and oversee production methods with safety and quality at the core. You will support plant maintenance, contribute to NPI, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize layouts, ERP data, and end-to-end value streams, making manufacturing more efficient and sustainable. - Own safety, quality, and process adherence in manufacturing engineering activities
- Manage ERP master data, BOMs, routings, SOPs, and work instructions
- Design production tools, cell layouts, and value stream optimization for efficiency and safety
- Interface with NPI/R&D; to transfer new products into manufacturing on time and cost




- Define material replenishment methods with Value Stream Managers and Logistics
- Prepare Capex requests and govern the manufacturing engineering process
- Drive continuous improvement and End-to-End value stream mapping
- Develop the skills of the Manufacturing Engineering team and support performance management
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering with electronics and hydraulic systems knowledge
- Strong background in FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with New Product Introduction and design changes through to production
- Knowledge of Factory 4.0, process improvement techniques, and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black belt a plus)
- Working knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and ERP systems; PLC programming a plus
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a multi-functional, high-paced, multi-task environment
