Manager / Team Leader
As Regional Sales Manager for North West Italy, you drive growth by leading a sales team, shaping regional strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to meet targets. You will manage OEM and End-User accounts, penetrate new business, and optimize sales processes from lead generation to order delivery. This role sits at the intersection of customer focus and business growth, offering impact across strategy, people, and regional performance. You will work with the Sales Director to align regional efforts with the company’s broader goals.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of sales representatives
- Manage key accounts (new and existing) and handle customer complaints with engineering support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD, Localization, Order Management, OTD) to ensure service levels
- Lead generation, opportunity conversion, and achievement of revenue growth
- Forecast, analyze demand/supply balance, and monitor market trends
- Prepare and present sales reports to inform decision-making
- Maintain high ethical standards and adherence to company policies
- Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with Sales Director and other Regional Area Managers to share best practices
- Travel within the region for client meetings and sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a sales management role in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent work style with multi-tasking ability
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel within North West Italy
- Proven experience in New Business Development, OEMs, and End User penetration
