Group, Conference, and Events Sales Manager
In this role, you drive Group, Conference and Events revenue and lead strategic sales efforts to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will work within the Hotels team to align selling activities with the hotel’s strategy and market conditions. The position focuses on growing GCE business, optimizing performance, and developing a high-performing team. It offers a stake in shaping the hotel’s competitive positioning and guest experience.
- Drive GCE revenue through proactive selling and strong inquiry-to-conversion
- Review business plans, identify revenue gaps, and implement initiatives to meet targets
- Lead sales strategy execution and align activities with the hotel selling strategy
- Monitor local market trends and competitors to strengthen positioning
- Conduct regular spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and quality
- Promote the hotel through promotional activities to increase GCE visibility
- Inspire and develop the team through coaching, performance reviews, and development opportunities
