Production Planner And Customer Service Specialist

Your Contribution
Process and analyze customer orders, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and delivery requirements.
Plan and schedule production activities while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
Verify material availability, coordinate supplier orders, and monitor supplier performance.
Maintain accurate planning and stock levels in line with company guidelines and ERP/SAP data.
Manage customer communication regarding lead times, order follow-up, and reporting activities.
Your Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
Experience in production planning, customer service, supply chain, or a similar manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
Fluent English and Italian language skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
