In this role you will drive successful PLM deployments for Siemens’ Professional Services in Italy, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and contract obligations. You’ll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into actionable designs, specifications, and production-ready deployments. You’ll validate solutions, support delivery progress, and contribute to a collaborative project environment. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven role at a leading PLM software provider with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing training.

- Draft technical specifications and translate requirements into actionable documentation
- Design and deploy robust solutions based on Siemens Industry Software products




- Contribute to validation and ongoing support of implemented solutions
- Coordinate with project managers to align with project goals and track delivery progress
- Assist with work‑package estimation, scheduling, and effort planning
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
- Produce and manage internal and client‑facing documentation
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science with a strong IT background
- Solid understanding of web markup (HTML5, CSS3)
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Italian native speaker with fluent English
- Driving license and willingness to travel within Italy (company car provided)
