Il ruolo prevede la gestione completa dei programmi, monitorando tempi, costi e qualità e coordinando team multidisciplinari.
L'occasione offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con modalità di lavoro ibrida e la possibilità di viaggi nazionali e internazionali.

Within the Space Division we are looking for a Project/Program Manager , for our office in Campi Bisenzio (FI) .
The person will be responsible for program management, respecting deadlines, costs and quality standards, satisfying specific customer requests with active involvement in all phases of the Program Life Cycle.
The person will be responsible for the following activities: Planning of Program activities (scope,



schedule and budget); Monitoring and control of Program activities; Master Schedule management and updating; Management of internal progress meetings with the cross-functional project team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial); Preparation of Progress Reports and support for Progress Meetings/working meetings/reviews with the client; Support for internal progress meetings with the Planning and Finance functions of the business line; Management of project risks, ensuring a rapid and effective solution to any problems that may arise; Ensure control and monitoring of the progress of works, evaluation of applicable process KPIs, also through the definition and implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Educational qualification: Technical master's degree (preferably Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, Management Engineering or Physics) Required experience level: Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role Technical skills and knowledge: Knowledge of the main tools for managing complex projects (WBS, EVMS, Risk Management) Ability to draft documentation (Statement of Work, Technical Notes, Progress Reports, Minute of Meeting) Behavioral skills: Team building Effective communication Proactivity Ability to work towards multiple objectives Results-oriented Problem Solving Time and deadline management Language skills: English (minimum B2 level) Computer skills: Knowledge of Office Automation Tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project) Other: Availability for both national and international travel Seniority: Expert Primary Location: IT - Firenze - Campi Bisenzio Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working: Hybrid -- [#J-ENTERPRISE]
