What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of

Trade insight Specialist

You will be included in the Strategy Planning & Insight team and you will play an important role in analyzing market performance, customer trends and channel dynamics to support informed business decisions. By transforming complex data into clear recommendations, the role helps identify growth opportunities and challenges for the on trade comparing our portfolio performance vs competitions’.

Your Activities Will Include

- Support commercial decision-making through insights: Deliver timely, accurate, and insight-driven analyses to support trade and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor channel performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, customer behavior, and key business KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks for the business
- Technical Support to reinforce analytical knowledge cross departments: Set up training and support sales/trade and marketing team in using data providers’ tools; ensure reports are correctly updated and set up data quality checks; translate complex data into clear business implications and recommendations for commercial stakeholders.
- Contribute to annual and multi-year planning processes by providing market outlooks and channel assessments
- Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Ensure continuous sharing of knowledge and insights across commercial teams to improve organizational effectiveness and agility.
- Work with international team to build a clear market overview, including technical improvement and set up

Who We’re Looking For

- You’ve a University Master Degree, preferably in economics;
- You’ve a minimum of 3-4 of experience in insight,



business analysis or market research
- You’ve fluency in English and Italian;
- You’ve ability to think and act strategically;
- You’re able to work in team and manage complex situations;
- You’ve strong determination and you’re result driven;

Contract & Compensation

- A permanent contract
- CCNL Industria Alimentare
- Gross annual base salary starting from € 42.000
