Voi, Europe's 1 micromobility company, is expanding operations in Italy and launching in Turin . We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city.
What you'll own
Warehouse Operations: oversee day?to?day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping.
Inventory Management: manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels.
Team Leadership: manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one?on?ones, performance reviews, and training.
Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures.
Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations, mandatory training, and incident management processes.
Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation and removal.
What you'll need
2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
Experience managing and developing a team.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory and stock levels.
Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required).
Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools such as MS Office and G Suite.
Job conditions
Contract: 12?month fixed?term.
Schedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends).
