IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst

In this role you will support governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT service providers within Digital Service Operations. You will collaborate with IT leaders, Procurement, and cross‑functional teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contracts and standards. You will also assist the PMO with coordinating IT initiatives and project execution in a global healthcare setting. - Monitor vendor and internal partner performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; maintain dashboards and reports
- Collect and consolidate performance data; analyze trends and risks; prepare executive summaries
- Support governance meetings, track actions and follow-ups; ensure cross‑functional alignment




- Develop understanding of contracts and compliance; assist audit preparation
- Support risk identification and continuous improvement of monitoring processes
- Assist PMO activities including planning, tracking, documentation, and meeting coordination
- 1–3 years in IT vendor management, procurement, or PMO support
- Understanding of vendor management, IT service delivery, and performance management concepts
- Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and governance processes
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; reporting/visualization experience a plus
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous
