Overview In this role, you will lead technical engagement across pre?sale and post?sale activities for Cadence PCB Solutions. You will work with top?tier customers, delivering demonstrations, training, and services to showcase our PCB design tools. You'll propose technical solutions, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with sales to craft winning strategies. You will also support European customers through workshops, issue resolution, and feedback to R&D;, contributing to cross?functional projects. This position offers impact by shaping PCB design workflows at scale within a global, customer?focused team.

Recommend technical solutions based on Cadence PCB tools and identify opportunities/risks in proposals
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize for new prospects and define best?fit technical solutions
Provide technical expertise in workshops and customer support across Europe
Investigate customer issues, implement workarounds, and relay feedback to R&D;




Participate in team projects and contribute to ongoing initiatives
Travel for customer visits as required
Responsibilities Master Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
15 to 20 years of domain experience
Knowledge in Schematic Entry and PCB Design is an added advantage
Strong understanding of PCB design tools and conception flows
Experience with electronic software for board design is desirable
Training on Cadence tools: Allegro X PCB Designer, Allegro System Capture, InspectAR, ECAD MCAD Library Creato
Familiarity with Sigrity technology for electronics simulation (IR Drop, Coupling, Reflection, Return Path, Crosstalk)
Knowledge of TCL or other programming languages is a plus
Excellent Italian and English communication skills
Ability to work in a multinational engineering environment and travel for customer visits
Strong teamwork and cross?functional collaboration skills
