Overview Experteer Overview: As Senior Director, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and market rollout of WPP Media Solutions, shaping how our proprietary offerings solve client challenges at scale. You'll align cross-functional teams across the WPP network to drive adoption and commercial success. Your leadership will blend media, data, and ad-tech expertise to deliver innovative, measurable outcomes for clients. This role offers impact across markets, with a focus on growth, transformation, and strategic partnerships.

Define and execute go-to-market and rollout strategies to achieve large-scale adoption across network brands
Operate effectively in a matrix organization, building and aligning stakeholders across WPP Media while sharing best practices with the international network
Engage with clients, media owners, and local market stakeholders as a credible reference point for WPP Media's innovation offering
Attract, lead,



and inspire a multidisciplinary team (product, data, tech, commercial) fostering excellence, collaboration, and agility
Monitor performance of WPP Media Solutions and drive commercial strategies to achieve growth and margin targets
Responsibilities *****+ years in Media, Advertising Technology, or with major publishers/media owners
Deep knowledge of omnichannel media, programmatic platforms, data usage dynamics, and measurement/attribution technologies
Solid experience in new business development and building complex sales pipelines
Ability to translate technology solutions into clear client value propositions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with influence at senior levels
Fluent English for interaction with global and regional teams
