You will lead financial reporting for group and statutory levels, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance while strengthening internal controls. As a CFO partner, you'll drive accurate actuals, insightful analyses, and continuous process improvements to support sustainable growth. You will coordinate the accounting team, oversee consolidation and audits, and ensure data integrity across regions. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on financial stewardship in a luxury manufacturing context.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ensuring IFRS and Local GAAP alignment with Group policies
Supervise general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting operations
Develop and implement internal controls and financial procedures
Align accounting goals with business strategy and scale accounting across departments and regions
Support tax declarations and regulatory compliance (VAT, corporate income tax) and other fiscal obligations
Manage cash flow,



intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities; support audit processes
Leverage SAP for transaction management, reporting, and data integrity
Partner with CFO on strategic accounting insights and ad-hoc analyses
Lead consolidation processes and ensure compliance with Group requirements with strong internal controls
5-10 years of experience in financial controlling with strong accounting expertise
Master's degree in Finance
Proven knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP; consolidation accounting principles
Strong tax knowledge (Italian and international) and compliance experience
Experience with ERP (SAP S4) and analytics tools (Power BI); advanced Excel
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Proactive and results-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English and Italian; French a plus
