-- Your Profile Adecco Italia Spa in partnership with Franchetti Spa - an innovative Italian engineering and software development company specializing in the management, monitoring, and predictive maintenance of infrastructure, is looking for: Master's Graduates in Civil Engineering/Building Systems (LM 23 and 24) We are looking for 15 brilliant recent graduates who will be selected and hired with an Adecco Italia Spa professional apprenticeship contract for temporary administration at Franchetti S.p.A for a period of 18 months, and for the first 5 months, they will be part of an advanced training program at one of Italy's most prestigious universities in Naples .
Requirements: Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Building Systems (LM23, LM24) obtained or in the process of being obtained Age requirement for the apprenticeship contract by September 30, **** Availability to be hired at one of the main company locations based on project needs [ Arzignano (Province of Vicenza)/Milan/Rome ] The best selected and hired talents will have access to the 5-month Advanced Training Program based in NAPLES ; at the end of the training, the new hires will be allocated to the Franchetti locations chosen based on the availability indicated by each candidate among the 3 listed.
Training methods:



The training will take place between the first decade of October **** and the last decade of February **** and will include frontal teaching activities, project work activities, and on-the-job training under the supervision of FRANCHETTI Spa technicians and specialists.
For the period of frontal training, a 30-hour per week in-person commitment is required.
The objective of the Franchetti Academy is training on topics related to the digitization and maintenance of structures and infrastructures, with the aim of developing skills for a modern approach to maintenance.
The hiring locations are in the following cities: ARZIGNANO (VI) or ROME or MILAN , assigned based on the availability indicated by the candidates during the selection phase.
Information on the contractual and remuneration part: Professional apprenticeship contract in Staff Leasing with Adecco Italia for 18 months with the subsequent possibility of direct hiring with the client company.
