At Cesar S.p.A. , the company managing the Acqua Translate business needs into well-structured analytics and data science problems; Develop models, analyses and data-driven tools that generate measurable business value; Lead the iterative development of solutions, from experimentation through to user adoption; Support business teams during testing, validation and integration of solutions into operational processes.
What we are looking for: At least 3 years of experience in data science; Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud computing will be considered a plus; Solid foundations in machine learning, statistics and key developments in AI; Experience developing lightweight web applications with open-source frameworks such as Streamlit or Flask; Familiarity with data visualisation tools; Ability to communicate clearly with technical, managerial and operational stakeholders; Good professional command of English.
Experience with retail and transactional data will be considered particularly relevant.
Alternatively, a background in consulting or complex business environments will be valued, especially where you have developed the ability to understand business needs and turn them into concrete analytical solutions.
Location and working model:
The role involves periodic travel to our Pescara office, indicatively at least one week per month, with frequency varying depending on the project pipeline and collaboration needs with business teams.
Contract and compensation: We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL DMO collective agreement.
Compensation will be aligned with experience and skills.
