is looking for a
Field Production Technician
for their sugarbeet unit activities based in the
Ferrara
area. This is a full?time position.
Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
Implement high quality assurance measures.
Area responsibility for a dedicated production region.
Support all activities related to the sugar beet seed production.
Ensure production stability at a high marketable level (germination and purity).
Apply continuous improvement techniques.
Achieve seed production results at a stable level for yield and high quality.
Implement good production techniques and new technologies.
Qualifications
Residing in the
Ferrara
area or willing to relocate.
Technician qualification in agriculture.




Sound agricultural know?how, preferably experienced in seed production.
Fluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English.
High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions.
Effective communication, teamwork, problem?solving skills, delivering results, continuous development.
