As an Account Manager for TikTok Shop in Italy, you will own a portfolio of strategic merchants and drive growth within TikTok's unique social commerce ecosystem. You will design and execute plans across assortment, content, pricing, and campaigns, while managing revenue and GMV targets. You’ll build scalable playbooks and dashboards to boost partner success and work cross-functionally to improve merchant and user experiences. This role sits at the heart of TikTok’s fast-growing Italian business, offering exposure to category launches and merchant initiatives that shape the local e-commerce landscape.

Support the development of TikTok Shop’s ecosystem xysqume in Italy
Responsibilities
Ability to influence and build trust with merchants and internal stakeholders
Results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset and track record of hitting targets
Analytical and data‑driven with capability to translate insights into action
Thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly in a changing environment
Fluent in Italian and English; comfortable in a global, cross‑cultural team
