You will serve as the primary commercial contact for your territory, building strategic partnerships with retailers, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring outstanding brand execution both in‑store and locally. /pulliManaging and growing wholesale accounts across Central Southern Italy. /liliBuilding strong relationships with retailers and key decision‑makers. /liliDelivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy. /liliExecuting the seasonal Go‑To‑Market process, ensuring strong sell‑in and sell‑through. /liliIdentifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth. /liliEnsuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising and in‑store execution. /liliMonitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities. /liliSupporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days and community initiatives. /liliDelivering product and brand training to retail staff and partners. /liliActing as a brand ambassador, strengthening Altra’s presence within the running and outdoor community.
