Who You Are
Passionate about fashion and working in a fast?paced environment, our Sales Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing the vision of Michael. Our Ambassadors are empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and, as team players, collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.
What You'll Do
Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling apps and tools.
Maintain floor and stock presence.
Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
Use Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising our customers with passion and confidence.
Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
You'll Need to Have
Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast?paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team players to achieve results.
Proficiency in technology, knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
Local language skills preferable and strong communication skills.
