ph3Overview /h3pExperteer Overview In this role you will develop and deploy global manufacturing standards to boost reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance equipment and processes. You will analyze data, collaborate across functions, and drive cost reduction through standardization. You will lead new technology introductions, asset transfers, and process implementations, while coaching factory engineers and promoting continuous improvement. The role focuses on applying lean methods and standardization to achieve consistent, high-quality production outcomes at scale. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and deploy global standards for packaging, material transport, conveying, and handling equipment across Aero Alliance factories /liliLead the shift to automated material transport solutions (e.g., AGVs) /liliDefine and control global manufacturing asset processes including integration, testing, maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and training /liliValidate engineering specs and shop floor application of new processes with cross-functional teams (EHS, Quality, Materials, Sourcing) /liliDevelop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and RCA /liliCollaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering,



and safety to implement preventive and predictive programs /liliDrive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve quality /liliLead root-cause investigations and implement robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence /liliProvide technical support for asset management, including life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization /liliTrain local factory manufacturing engineers to deepen process and equipment expertise /liliParticipate in design and installation of new equipment with Reliability in mind (DFR) /liliInterprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products and processes /liliStay informed of industry trends to inform work /liliExercise judgment in solving complex, cross-functional problems and guiding others to alternative viewpoints /liliLead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and risk, communicating difficult concepts to influence others /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in a related field /lili7+ years of industrial manufacturing or quality experience (US) or equivalent experience (non-US) /lili5+ years in a technical manufacturing engineering role focused on packaging, material transport, and material handling /liliStrong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes /liliAbility to read blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics /liliProject management experience /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ullimedical, dental, vision coverage /liliretirement savings plan with company match /lilituition assistance /lilipaid parental leave /liliadoption assistance /lili12 paid holidays /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
