To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence.
Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum ******* years experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization
Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions
