Develop business growth across the Lombardy region to achieve sales and margin targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and value‑based sales plans
Provide technical advice in collaboration with the Product Application team
Align with Key Account Management teams to support account strategies
Collaborate with Fluid Intelligence Solutions, Customer Service, and Technical teams
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Use CRM and other tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and trade shows
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in technical B2B sales environments (metalworking, automotive, or industrial chemical sectors preferred)
Exposure to both end‑users and distributor networks
Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, industrial or similar) or equivalent relevant experience
Professional proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build trust‑based and long‑term customer relationships
Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset
Customer‑focused and results‑oriented approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Location: Field-based role covering Lombardy. Regular travel to customer sites is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: €45,000 – 55,000 annual gross
10% sales incentive target linked to individual and company performance
National Contract Level: A3
