Overview In this role you will drive payroll delivery across multiple streams by aligning Payroll, Product, Vendor and IT to design, configure, test and implement payroll systems. You will lead transformation initiatives, standardize processes and manage vendor relationships while supporting high-volume payroll periods. You will analyze current workflows, implement improvements and uphold governance, data quality and compliance within HCM and Time & Attendance systems. This position offers cross-functional impact and the opportunity to shape payroll operations at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead payroll delivery transformation from concept to implementation
Be primary contact for payroll vendor relationships and system functionality for extended payroll team
Advise payroll specialists across EMEA on best practices and regional processes
Support high-volume payroll weeks to ensure timely execution
Drive standardization and expansion of payroll processes across EMEA
Rationalize inefficient workflows through collaboration with internal and external teams
Establish audits and governance to improve operational quality and accountability
Oversee design, implementation and maintenance of payroll solutions
Maintain internal knowledge platforms for users and technical requirements
Responsabilità Operational payroll management experience
Experience with payroll processes and system interfaces
Ability to translate vendor requirements into system requirements
Timely preparation of payroll documentation
Experience with internal systems to support payroll operations (preferred)
High-level understanding of EMEA payroll processes
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent English communication
